Nichole Strasser is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Clinical Director at Gold Perspective Therapy. With over ten years of experience in mental health, Nichole has held various roles in the field. Her personal and professional journey has given her a profound appreciation for individual life paths and the privilege of accompanying others on their journeys.
Nichole specializes in working with adults facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief, loss, PTSD, and major life changes. She employs diverse skills, modalities, tools, and techniques, but her greatest asset is the ability to be present, listen attentively, and support individuals in their desired therapeutic work.

Sandra White is a Licensed Master Social Worker with expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution Focused Therapy, and Trauma Informed Care. She holds a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Texas at El Paso, specializing in Community Trauma Informed Care.
Sandra is committed to building trusting relationships with her clients and believes in their ability to overcome challenges. She is dedicated to providing client-focused interventions for successful treatment outcomes. In her free time, Sandra enjoys spending time with her family, supporting her grandchildren's sports games, and caring for her extensive collection of over 100 Aloe Vera plant varieties.

Cameron Cates is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who employs a person-centered approach in her work and believes in building strong therapeutic relationships with her clients. She works with adult individuals to address issues of depression, anxiety, attachments, relationships, and more. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from New Mexico Highlands University.
Cameron is devoted to creating and fostering strong relationships with her clients. Her goal is to help her clients build and strengthen their belief in themselves and in their abilities. In her free time, Cameron enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the outdoors, and practicing martial arts.

Elena Schneider is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor trained in EMDR and who utilizes Trauma Informed Approaches such as IFS, Mindfulness, and Somatic Therapy. Elena works with adults and young adults struggling with trauma-related symptoms such as dysregulation, anxiety, depression, attachment, and PTSD.
Elena strongly believes practicing compassion and understanding towards all the different parts of ourselves is pivotal in healing. She understands a strong therapeutic relationship is fundamental to beginning to heal past trauma and she is proud to be a part of others’ healing journeys. When she isn’t in session, Elena can be found playing games with friends and family and enjoying the outdoors with her dog, Dewey.

Monique Rodriguez earned her undergraduate degree in Social Work with a minor in Counseling and Educational Psychology from New Mexico State University in 2022. She then continued to earn a Master's in Social Work from Western New Mexico University in 2024. Throughout her schooling, she has gained experience working with diverse populations such as military veterans, substance use communities, and individuals under guardianship. She is currently a Licensed Master Social Worker trained as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP).
Monique comes from a narrative and person-centered approach, knowing that each individual is the expert in their own experiences and provides the resources to best foster a safe and healthy future for each individual. In her free time, she can be found spending time with her family and her cats or playing video games and TTRPGs.
