Some challenges clients face aren’t purely clinical—they’re practical, day‑to‑day barriers that make it difficult to function independently or access needed resources. Comprehensive Community Support Services (CCSS) is designed to bridge that gap. Through this program, a Community Support Worker (CSW) provides individualized, hands‑on support to strengthen skills, increase stability, and promote long‑term resilience.
A CSW partners with clients to build skills across key life domains:
Independent Living
Learning
Working
Socializing
Recreation
CSWs meet with clients in homes, schools, and community settings—both directly and on behalf of the client. They use targeted interventions to reduce barriers that interfere with daily functioning, helping clients move toward greater independence and confidence in navigating their environments.
CCSS services are available to individuals who meet New Mexico’s criteria for Serious Emotional, Neurobiological, or Behavioral Disorders (SED).
Must recieved Medicaid.
Reach out to Monique Rodriguez, LMSW at Monique_Rodriguez@goldperspectivetherapy.com for more information or to explore whether CCSS is the right fit.
