Please review the group purpose, schedule, participation expectations, confidentiality guidelines:

1. Purpose: Participants can build confidence, strengthen social skills, and practice emotional regulation through collaborative storytelling. In a supportive group environment, individuals have opportunities to develop communication skills, explore healthy coping strategies, improve problem-solving abilities, and build meaningful connections with others. 

2. Schedule: Adolescents 9- Week Closed Group / Adults 12- Week Closed Group 

3. Participation: Consistent attendance, engagement in activities, and respect for group guidelines.

4. Confidentiality: All members agree to protect each other’s privacy and keep shared information within the group.
